Penny has been in the Real Estate/Mortgage industry for over 20 years with 15 of those years in the Houston area. During that time she worked as the preferred lender for one of the largest builders in the city and for one of the largest lenders in the nation. She has a wealth of knowledge in the mortgage industry, which has proved to be an invaluable asset and has helped her exceed her clients' expectations. No one likes surprises during the buying or selling process, so Penny ensures that her clients' know what to expect through each step between the initial agreement to the closing.

By working in the mortgage industry for such a long time, it prepared her for selling real estate. She decided to switch to real estate in 2012 and hasn't looked back. Penny's thorough understanding of the market specifically the new home sales provides her with a unique perspective and ability to think outside the box when it comes to issues that may arise.

She is currently a member of Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Today's Houston and Surrounding markets are booming!
